Paulownia moulding product finish: "premium" 1 coat gesso & 2 coat water based primer, sand between coats, thin gesso coat and smooth.
1. Species: Paulownia
2. Model Number: 42/66mm*11/18mm, length up to 5400mm, various profiles as per customers' drawing
3. Moisture content: 10%-12%
4. No pith, no permitted machine marks, no fibre tear or skip-dressing, no raise grain, but must be smooth, sanded finish on all four-faces.
5. Dimension tolerance: +/-o.5mm
6. Manufacture technique: via shape, machining, gesso, sand, primer and packing etc.
7. Grade: allowing finger joint, laminating, knots and blue stain but less than 5% of surface area if primer. It depends on clients' requirement.
8. Primer includes white water based primer and oil etc.
9. Packing: normal/standard packing e.g. pallet with kiln-dried wood, free of bark & dirt or as consumers' request. |
